Dead End Grip

As an ISO-certified manufacturer and supplier, FERR Corporation has successfully designed and launched customized Dead end Grips for Guy Wire, to replace traditional NLL tension clamps and UT & NX fixtures on dead-ended pole lines or transmission lines.

FERR has developed a dead-end fixture (also known as a dead-end preform) to provide mechanical termination of overhead conductors without the need for additional tools or fixtures. The fixture can be installed manually, ensuring uniform stress distribution and reducing the risk of conductor slippage.

Dead-end fasteners are a class of fasteners that function significantly differently than dead-end cable clamps used in communication lines such as ADSS, OPGW, and OPPC.

Depending on the application scenario, dead-end fixtures include conductor dead-end fixtures, prefabricated dead-end fixtures for conductors, and prefabricated fixtures for grounding wires. These types of prefabricated conductor technologies are widely used in dead-end pole structures, where the conductor prefabrication can be used to attach insulators or anchors to achieve stability in the pole installation.

Additionally, dead-end grippers, also known as prefabricated dead-end grippers, are widely used with ACSR, AAC, AAAC, copper, and steel conductors.
