Введение
The Buster Expansion Anchor is designed for drilled installations. It is a molded anchor bolt with a base and wing plate. In addition, there is a retainer that secures the nut to the forged eye bar, which is usually supplied separately.
FERR’s Bust Expanding Anchors are embedded in pre-drilled holes and expand through a tapered wedge within the ground to lock into place. Commonly used in power distribution and pole support systems, these anchors are reliable in a variety of soil types.
During installation, a hole is drilled parallel to the angle of the anchor bolt according to its size, which is determined by the length of the rod. The expansion rod is fixed to the expander and lowered into the hole. Expansion and tamping tools are used to impact the top of the anchor rod and insert these blades into the soil. The hole is backfilled and then tamped.
Curved heads (expanders and tampers) are used to distribute the weight of the bar evenly around the anchor to minimize handle vibration. Rebar hooks are wrapped around the bustle anchor to prevent the expander head from falling off the top plate of the anchor.
