The Double Span Cross Arm, also known as the Angle Cross Arm Bracket or V-Cross Arm, is a one-piece bracket designed to support heavy cross arm structures. The brace is secured to the bottom of the cross arm by ½ inch bolts while utilizing 5/8 inch bolts to the pole to ensure its stability and structural integrity.
The FERR Angle Brace is designed to strengthen the pole cross arm and its associated structure, reducing mechanical loads and preventing sagging of the structure. This assembly is suitable for both single and double arm system installation requirements, providing a wide range of adaptability.
All galvanized finishes are hot-dipped for enhanced corrosion resistance. In addition, high-strength bolts, nuts and spring washers are galvanized to extend service life and ensure reliability in harsh environments.
To further stabilize the electrical wiring system associated with the streetlights, a specially designed electrical cross arm is used. This component effectively supports and secures cables and insulators to maintain the stability of the mains power supply. Typically used in conjunction with transmission pylons, electrical cross arms provide critical wire support and anchoring in transmission lines and distribution installations, ensuring the safety and efficiency of the entire network.
