What is Welding Machining ?
Welding machining uses controlled welding processes to permanently join metal components according to the 3D model or technical drawing. By combining precise fixturing with manual or robotic welding (MIG, TIG, arc, etc.), each joint is produced to the required size, position, and weld profile.
With proper heat control and distortion management, welding machining can achieve strong, repeatable joints, smooth weld seams, and reliable dimensional accuracy from prototype frames to mass-produced assemblies.
This makes welding machining ideal for load-bearing structures, machine frames, brackets, housings, and pipe assemblies used in machinery, construction equipment, vehicles, and other applications where joint strength, appearance, and consistent performance are critical.

Our Welding Manufacturing Approach
Our welding process focuses on joint strength, dimensional stability, and repeatability. By controlling each step—from material preparation to welding parameters, fixturing, and final inspection—we ensure every assembly delivers reliable structural performance.
Material Preparation & Joint Design
We prepare metals such as carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, and aluminum based on welding requirements. Edges are cut, beveled, or cleaned to remove scale, oil, and oxidation—ensuring proper penetration and minimizing porosity. Joint designs (butt, fillet, T-joint, lap joint) are optimized according to load conditions and welding method.
Welding Procedure & Parameter Control
Each project follows a defined Welding Procedure Specification (WPS). Heat input, travel speed, filler material, and shielding gas are controlled to achieve consistent penetration and minimize distortion. Both manual and robotic welding (MIG, TIG, arc) are applied based on strength, appearance, and production volume requirements.
Fixturing, Distortion Management & Weld Quality
Custom fixtures hold assemblies in exact position to avoid misalignment during welding. Interpass cleaning, preheating, and controlled cooling reduce cracking and deformation. Bead uniformity, fillet size, penetration depth, and weld continuity are monitored to meet structural and cosmetic standards.
Quality Inspection & Verification
Completed weldments undergo dimensional checks, weld bead inspection, and non-destructive testing when required (VT, PT, MT). Critical features such as flatness, straightness, run-out, and joint strength are validated. Only assemblies that meet mechanical and dimensional specs move forward to finishing or final shipment.
